Yes. First article inspection reports, certificates of conformance and material certifications are routine. Tell us in the RFQ what the submission package needs to contain so it is built into the job rather than reconstructed afterward.
That is the case we are built for. Gleco Plating runs plating, anodizing, chem film and passivation in the same company. A part that needs chem film under a CARC topcoat, or hardcoat with a masked painted face, is one order and one supplier.
Both. Batch work and prototype quantities go through the same certified system as production. Expedited service is available when a program date moves.
Send a target — a chip, a part, a RAL or Federal Standard number. We will match to it and hold it across runs. For repeat work we keep the formulation on file so the second order looks like the first.
